Total Time : 1 Hr 10 Min

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4-5 boiled potatoes

  • 500gm Spaghetti

  • 400gm Cherry Tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoon Oregano, Chilli flakes, Salt, Pepper, dry spice mix of basil, thyme, rosemary, paprika

  • 2 chopped and peeled garlic cloves

  • 4-5 cups of water

  • 3 fresh breads

  • 1 tablespoon parmesan and fresh basil plant

  • 2-3 tablespoon of milk

  • 2-3 bowls of oil.

Directions

  • Please read full recipe before making it.
  • Take the breads break them into chunks by hand. Grind them in the food processor. Take the mixture out and keep it in the bowl. Add some milk in it and let the breads absorb the milk. This is how we make fresh breadcrumbs.
  • Now let's make the sauce for the spaghetti. Take the cherry tomatoes and grind them in the food processor. See to it that the tomatoes are in a perfect mixture because who wants a sauce with chunks in it?
  • Take a saucepan and add the mixture in it. Then light your gas burner, induction cooker or whatever you have. Add the garlic cloves in it. Stir it nice and well. Cook for 30 seconds and then add the salt, pepper, chilli flakes and oregano. Make sure that everything mixes well.
  • Now let's make the potato balls. Before that check on your breadcrumbs. Take a glove or fork and stir in the bowl of breadcrumbs. They must be soft. It's a good sign. Now before take your boiled potatoes and mash them. After mashing them add salt, pepper, thyme, dry basil spice mix, and paprika. Mix everything well. Add shredded cheddar cheese if you prefer cheesy potato balls.
  • Make little balls and cover them with the fresh breadcrumbs. In a deep frying pan add oil and fry the balls until golden brown. After frying them, place them in the tomato sauce in the saucepan. Cook for a minute.
  • Before you fry the potato balls make sure you put your spaghetti to work. Take the spaghetti, add rosemary and enough salt and boil it in water.
  • In a plate first lay down the spaghetti. Take a little amount of sauce and mix it thoroughly in the spaghetti so your freshly cooked pale spaghetti gets some color on. Now take the sauce and the potato balls and lay them on the spaghetti. Garnish black olives or a sprinkle some little parmesan and fresh basil on it and serve hot!
